Emma Stone Updo

There are few celebrities that always look good on the red carpet, look amazing with just about any hair and lipstick color, and yet is still the girl next door to us. Emma Stone, we are officially obsessed with you. She knocked it out of the park with this twisted ballerina bun at the MTV Movie awards!
1. On damp hair spray Bb. Prep all over, apply Bb. Thickening Full Form Mousse and Bb. Texture from roots to ends.
2. Blow dry hair upside down for volume and roughen up with fingers for texture.
3. Work Bb. Brilliantine through ends for shine and spray Spray de Mode all over for hold.
4. Twist each side back and pin.
5. (now this is where it gets tricky) Gather the back section and tie a knot, feed in the twisted side sections, tie another knot and secure with pins. Spritz with Spray de Mode all over for hold.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum Updo

At this year’s Oscars, it was all about the updo, which is perfect inspiration for wedding (or prom) styles! We really loved Jenna Dewan-Tatum's elegant, tousled updo, it was so soft and romantic.
1. On damp hair spray Bb. Prep all over, finger comb through Bb. Thickening Full Form Mousse from roots to ends and smooth Bb. Hairdresser's Invisible Oil on your ends.
2. Dry hair upside down until it's completely dry.
3. Wrap 2 inch sections around a curling iron until entire head is done.
4. Break up curls with fingers.
5. Leave the front section out and lightly twist hair back above the ear and pin just above the nape.
6. Take the remaining hair and loosely braid it. Warp it into a low know and secure it with pins. Finish with Bb. Spray de Mode for hold.

For this very reason is why we create these tutorials for you! Hopefully they are simple enough to understand and create in a reasonable amount of time! To create a old Hollywood blowout like Emma Stone's it's all about the prep and products, good products (like Bumble and bumble) will make a world of a difference, we promise!

Taylor Swift Faux Bob Tutorial

Do you like the look of short hair but don't want to commit to chopping it off? Try a faux bob à la Taylor Swift! This style is going to hold the best on dirty/second-day hair.
1. On second-day hair spray Bb. Hair Powder to soak up oils and give hair more grit and grip. Then spray hair all over with Bb. Does it All Hairspray for heat protection and a light workable hold.
2. Using a flat iron or curling iron (whichever is easier for you) create pincurls/fingerwaves all over the head. Let the hair cool then break up waves with fingers.
3. Gather all your hair and form a low ponytail (it will be loose), secure with a hair tie.
4. Roll and tuck the ends under until your hair is at the shorter length you want it to be. Secure with pins. Fan out the bottom of the hair, letting a few loose pieces fall out. Finish with Bb. Spray de Mode Hairspray for hold. Pin It

Jessica Chastain Tutorial

When Jessica Chastain walked down the red carpet with her romantic strawberry curls, she instantly reminded us of Jessica Rabbit. Her hair was so pretty and soft and her hair color is right on trend for spring- a gently muted copper. Here's how to get her style:
1. On damp hair spray Bb. Prep all over hair, spray Thickening Hairpsray from roots to ends.
2. Blow dry hair until 80% dry.
3. Continue blow drying with a round brush, immediately clipping each section into a pincurl.
4. Once your head is covered in pin curls, mist hair with Spray de Mode Hairspray. Allow hair to cool completely then remove clips.
5. Rake through hair with fingers to blend the curls. Finish with more Spray de Mode Hairspray.

Stacey Keibler Faux Bob Tutorial

She already has George Clooney, and Stacey Keibler had the best of both hair worlds at the Oscars with a commitment-free faux bob. This retro-modern look reminds us of old Hollywood 1930s glamour. The best base for this style is dirty/second-day hair, it will hold better instead of slipping out like clean hair might.
1. Spray Bb. Hair Powder on hair to soak up oils and to give hair grip. Spray hair with Bb. Does it All Hairspray for a light hold and heat protection.
2. Curl hair into loose waves and spray again with Does it All Hairspray.
3. Once hair is cooled, brush curls out with any boar bristle brush.
4. There are a few ways to create a faux bob. Our favorite is to pull the hair into a loose ponytail and secure with a hairtie at the very end of your hair (as low down as you can go without a bunch of hair falling out.), roll hair up and over itself toward the nape and secure with bobby pins.
5. Finish by pulling out a few loose pieces around the face. Spray with more Does it all Hairspray and spritz Bb. Shine Finishing Spray for shine.  Pin It
